We are "family."

We know how essential it is for every individual to belong - whether it be in marriage and partnership, in our families of origin, in our families of choice, in our community, or in our society.

We also know that a sense of belonging can be elusive, and it's hard-won for LGBTIQ individuals and families in our current social climate.

We are - quite literally - "family."  Our understanding of LGBTIQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer, & questioning) issues comes not just from extensive education and training, but also from our queer backgrounds.
