• Progressive restrooms.  There is one restroom on each floor, and both are single occupancy & gender neutral.
• Bike friendly.  You're always welcome to lock your bike on the covered & secure front porch.
• Free, simple parking.  There is ample free street parking in front.
• Unfortunately, the building (a remodeled two-story house) is not ADA accessible.  There are ten stairs total - with a handrail - to get into the building.
