There are no forms to complete. To get signed up, simply mail your (1) payment by check of $100 per person (unless you've confirmed a sliding scale rate with us) along with (2) the names of those who plan to attend, (3) e-mail addresses & (4) phone numbers, so we can send you written confirmation & call you with any updated info. Also, check out the workshop description on our calendar page, to see if any discounts may be applied!
